Business Strategy
The Ethosome delivery platform provides the basis for NTT to develop independently proprietary products to be available for late stage out-licensing or co-development, as well as providing it with a wide variety of development partnership opportunities to companies seeking to in-license proved transdermal technology.
In addition, the Company develops manufactures and, in conjunction with its marketing partners, sells products incorporating the Ethosome technology for cosmetic applications.
NTT proprietary technology offers opportunities for revenues over the short, medium and long terms:
- Sources of revenue in the short to medium term:
- Potential down payments and milestone payments on out-licensing transactions with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies; and
- Revenues from the sale of private label cosmetic formulations.
- Additional sources of revenue in the medium to longer term:
- Potential royalty streams and further milestone payments from out-licensing deals; and
- Additional out-licensing of New Drug Applications developed in-house.
The Ethosome technology is protected under international patents and Novel Therapeutic Technology Inc. will apply for new specific applications and second generation delivery patents as appropriate in order to leverage the existing Ethosome Patents.
