NTT
NTT was established in January 2003 to acquire, develop and commercialize novel drug technologies. The first technology acquired by NTT is a drug delivery system named Ethosome. The technology was developed at the Hebrew University and was licensed to the company. Products using the technology are already on the market and are generating revenues. The global transdermal drug delivery market is expected to reach an estimated $21.5 billion by 2010 and $31.5 billion by 20151. The Ethosome technology has a rare combination of characteristics providing a compelling and attractive solution for pharmaceutical and cosmetic companies wishing to enhance their product offerings.
