Out licensing Opportunities and Strategic Partnerships

NTT has a portfolio of in-house pharmaceutical formulations based on its Ethosomes technology. This portfolio includes formulations of 'model' compounds with various physicochemical characteristics that are important in terms of demonstrating proof of concept for the Ethosomes technology. There are also a number of formulations with drug candidates that may be suitable for out licensing.

NTT is engaged in unity with three major international pharmaceutical companies in on-going negotiation for worldwide licensing agreements for a consumer healthcare application, a topical RX pharmaceutical company, and advance stage 2 for a topical diabetic control application. Other partnerships available are:

Strategic Partnerships
These may include development partnerships with companies wishing to outsource drug delivery development or to in-license a transdermal technology.
Licensing Agreements
NTT's technology could form the basis for product life-cycle management for existing drugs or for new product development.
     Private Label opportunities
NTT has developed and tested a variety of drug formulations with varying physicochemical characteristics that may be suitable for private label commercialization.
     Generic Drug Formulation
NTT has developed formulations based on its technologies for various generic products that are available for out licensing.

As part of the Company's work plan, NTT intends to develop its own suite of drug formulations where it envisages substantial potential markets for the Ethosome delivery system combined with molecules which have proven effectiveness and are off patent (generic).

Presently, a number of potential out licensing opportunities are under discussion. The majority of these are based on the Ethosomes technology in both pharmaceutical and cosmetic markets.
